Property Maintenance

Unlike most of our competitors, Olivers has it’s own in house crews for general maintenance and repair works. This enables us to react speedily and efficiently to call outs for repair and maintenance whilst ensuring a consistent quality of service. Obviously our commitment to the customer will dictate that during very busy periods we may need to use our own established team of sub-contractors either for specialist services or to ensure that the customers requirements are dealt with promptly.

Olivers Maintenance division are also pleased to provide a maintenance only service for Landlords regardless of whether or not we have been appointed to provide our other services.

We also offer a premises checking service for landlords and private owners that may have buildings unoccupied for long periods. This could involve checking the general condition of the property including water services, heating appliances, security, temporarily heating and airing the property etc. The level of check would be tailored to suit individual clients needs.

Olivers can also provide full refurbishment service for Landlords acquiring properties in need of renovation or repair.
